About the Collie Club of Maine

The Collie Club of Maine is one of the oldest kennel clubs in the state of Maine, incorporated in Lewiston in 1950. We are a non-profit organization.

Our Mission

The mission of the Collie Club of Maine is to honor the breed standard adopted by our parent club, The Collie Club of America, which was formed in 1886. Equal attention is given to both varieties, rough and smooth.

The club sponsors and promotes conformation, obedience, rally, and agility competitions. We promote Good Sportsmanship in all of the club's undertakings.
